Paper packaging runs on hidden plastic and forever chemicals. We’re removing them.

Introducing ZeroX™

ZeroX™ is a synthetic-free barrier coating built for foodservice and consumer packaging — engineered to deliver the same oil, water, grease, and moisture protection as plastic linings, without a single synthetic material. It's a proprietary, 100% natural, SUPD-compliant aqueous dispersion that works on existing converting lines. And at the end of life, there's nothing left to manage: the lining simply washes away in standard recycling, leaving clean fibre behind for a new life.

Zero-CapEx drop-in

Formulated to integrate directly into existing roll-to-roll coating lines, including gravure and metering bar. No new equipment, no retooling.

Built on purpose

Built on purpose

Our work is anchored in four UN Sustainable Development Goals — not as a marketing layer, but as a constraint that shaped ZeroXfrom its first formulation

A 15-minute coffee
shouldn't mean 500 years of microplastics.

We're building the coating that makes that trade-off unnecessary.
Let's work together for a sustainable future.
